仪器计费规则？
- 使用时间：实际开始使用时间点与预约开始使用时间点一致，比较预约时间段与实际使用时间段，取较大值。仪器计费公式：使用时间 x 仪器每小时单价。爽约则收取预约时间段所耗费用。
