Step 2: Check if the protective clothing is covering the eyebrows, which may prevent recognition.

Step 3: Try to use KeDa GO or the campus card for recognition.

Step 4: If the above steps are ineffective, contact the Control Room at 88338718.

1.2 Facial Recognition Error or Failure to Recognize on Access Control

Step 1: Contact the Control Room at 88338718 to have a second photo registered in the system.

1.3 The Door Fails to Open Normally After Successful Access Control Recognition

Step 1: Check if the front and rear doors are tightly closed (interlock function is set in some rooms).

Step 2: Contact the Control Room at 88338718 (do not press the emergency exit button unless it is an emergency).

2.1 Illumination Adjustment Requirements

Step 1: Contact the Control Room at 88338718 (communicate before 17:30 in the afternoon to adjust the illumination as needed).

2.2 Nighttime Lighting in the Breeding Room Fails to Turn On

Step 1: The lighting in the breeding room is set to operate from 7:00 - 19:00.

Step 2: If there is a need for nighttime lighting, please contact the Control Room at 88338718 or send an email to reserve an extension of lighting use before 17:30.

3.1 Equipment Power Outage

Step 1: Confirm whether the power socket is out of power.

Step 2: If the power socket has a power - off fault, contact the Control Room at 88338718.

4.1 Carbon Dioxide Cannot Be Used Normally

Step 1: Operate according to the instructions on the wall.

Step 2: If it still cannot be used, contact the Control Room at 88338718.

5.1 The Pass - Through Window Cannot Be Opened or Closed Normally
